Armstrong Fluid Technology announces a new version of its Design Envelope pump to serve light-duty installations where the available power is single phase. The new pumps are available for use with single-phase power (200-230V) from 1/3 HP to 2 HP and, for increased reliability, are built to a design standard carried over from commercial pumps, the company notes. Also, the pumps can be installed and operated in vertical piping.

BrassCraft announces the launch of its newest water supplies product, press connect water stops. BrassCraft Press Connect Stops feature a compact design for installation in tight spaces and are 100% leak tested for quality and reliable installation. Press Connect Stops reduce installation time, requires less equipment and removes the need for hot work, the company notes. Features a temperature rating of 40°F – 160° and a pressure rating of 125 psi.

Napoleon’s NS18 heat pump and air handler series is an all-in-one heating and cooling system for year-round comfort—100% heat in the winter and 100% cool in the summer, the company states. The heat pump features a variable inverter compressor and vapor injection technology. It also operates on electricity, helping reduce the carbon footprint without sacrificing comfort and reducing energy costs, the company adds.

Navien introduces three new chemical-free and environmentally friendly products to refresh its PeakFlow lineup of scale prevention solutions. The three models, PeakFlow S (standard), PeakFlow A (advanced) and PeakFlow C (commercial), expand the options made available by Navien to now include point-of-entry and commercial-grade scale prevention. A and C can be installed at the cold water line leading into a water heater system to prevent scale buildup for flow rates up to 10 gpm (A) or 20 gpm (C).

Grundfos’ new CR 255 pump features a hydraulic design that improves everything from impeller and guide vanes to inlet, discharge port, sleeve and diffuser, taking current energy efficiency and performance standards for vertical multi-sage inline pumps to the next level, the company notes. The shaft seal of the CR pumps is developed in-house and is available in various material combinations to suit different liquid, pressure and temperature requirements. The pumps are designed to reduce the risk of cavitation and increase the robustness and lifecycle of the pump, the company notes.

Viega’s Radiant Auto-Balancing System (RABS) delivers an unprecedented level of control and consistency in radiant heating systems, the company explains. RABS gives users the ability to independently control each zone in a radiant heating system. Balancing valves are not required and installers can commission as many as eight thermostats and 12 circuits per control unit.
