Glycol make-up unit
The redesigned Glycol Make-Up Unit GMU560 is ideal for use with automatically recharging glycol or glycol/water recirculating systems. Engineered with efficiency in mind, this pressurized solution for closed-loop heating, chilled water, process, radiant heat or snowmelt systems requires a 115/1/60 single power connection and a 3/4″ MNPT system piping connection. It maintains minimum system pressure levels and provides protection from excess pressure through a pre-installed pressure relief valve. The product also features low-level protection that automatically shuts down the pump when solution levels are low, activating check light and remote alarm contact; eliminates leak paths between plumbing and tank, while the new design allows full access to piping from the front of the tank; pressure reducing valve and gauges allow for fast and easy system adjustments; package available with PVC and steel plumbing; improved model offers a significant net cost reduction compared to the previous design; suited for use with glycol solution or potable water, the reservoir has a 55-gallon capacity.

Air-source heat pump rooftop systems
With electricity-powered heat pumps, low-GWP R-32 refrigerant and ultra-efficient inverter compressors, the new Rebel Applied and Rebel air-source heat pump packaged rooftop systems units will help building owners optimize comfort and cost while decarbonizing their facilities. With inverter compressors and the unique operating envelope of R-32, Rebel Applied and Rebel rooftop units are proficient in lower ambient temperatures. With Rebel Applied, this is accomplished with additional outdoor coil surface and a supplemental compressor that kicks in when temperatures drop. In Rebel, compressors have a boost function that ramps speeds up in cold conditions to increase heating capacity. By using configurable circuitry, and isolating new loads to smaller and separate circuits, Rebel Applied and Rebel heat pumps eliminate or minimize electrical infrastructure modifications, trimming installation time and associated expenses. Further, the rooftop systems offer auxiliary electric heat limits and emergency backup controls that reduce the unit’s peak design electrical load.

Floor mount, fire tube boiler
The NTI Compass boiler features independently reversible plumbing connections, as well as a built-in ECM pump. With its field reversible left- or right-hand piping and built in primary/secondary, it makes retrofitting to existing piping systems much easier and seamless than a wall hung product. The new user interface streamlines set-up and troubleshooting. The connectivity platform, NTI Net, empowers technicians to remotely view real-time boiler data, including, settings, status, history and statistics in an easily understandable format. In instances where customers report inconsistent heat or hot water, remote investigation becomes seamless by reviewing the boiler’s error history of irregularity, reducing the need for an on-site visit. Immediate email notifications for blocking errors ensure technicians are aware of an issue before the homeowner contacts them. Durable, high-quality heat exchangers are manufactured with rugged construction from SA-240 S43932 Chromium stainless steel. The design makes it highly resistant to combustion chamber fouling. The boiler maintains 95-96% AFUE and is available from 85-199 MBH. Systems can be designed to cascade up to eight boilers, and are available in both combi (DHW) and non-combi models.

Pressure reducing valves
The Zurn Wilkins 600XL3 and 625XL3 Pressure Reducing Valves use venturi technology to keep ideal water pressure at higher flow rates, so you get more consistent pressure. The 600XL3 and 625XL3 reduce pressure loss over the entire flow range, making specification and sizing easier, as well as improving the user experience. Cost-effective repair kits and cartridge design help to significantly reduce lifecycle costs. For a drop-in install, the short lay length fits within tight spaces and the double union option offers jobsite flexibility. The lay length of the 600XL3 is the same as the 600XL, and the lay length of the 625XL3 is the same as the 625XL and similar competing valves. Stainless steel internals extend the product's lifespan by resisting corrosion, and the all-bronze body and bell provide enduring strength. The enhanced sealing of the strainer access port reduces the potential for leaks while ensuring the valves are suitable for systems that require frequent cleaning.
