American Standard Water Heaters High Efficiency Ultra-Low NOx commercial gas-fired water heater provides up to 250K Btu input with 97% thermal efficiency. The unit operates on natural and LP gas and includes electronic controls for ignition and temperature, zero-inch clearance and a full-size hand-hole cleanout port. It is available in 70 and 100-gallon capacities and is Energy Star- and AHRI-certified.

HTP Phoenix is an efficient and versatile gas-fired water heater that is manufactured with super durable stainless-steel materials to last longer and provide optimum heat transfer. The Phoenix offers up to 96% thermal efficiency and a 5 to 1 turndown ratio. These models are constructed with superior-grade 316L stainless-steel, which reduces heat loss and provides up to 99% thermal efficiency and reliability for large commercial applications. This line features a 10:1 turndown ratio on models 399,000 through 999,000 and 5:1 turndown ratio on models 1,250,000 through 4,000,000 Btu/h.

The Heat2O Heat Pump Water Heater is an all-electric, domestic hot water heating system designed to improve sustainability and reduce energy consumption in multifamily buildings and commercial facilities. Through energy-efficient operation and reduced on-site carbon emissions, Heat2O minimizes the environmental impact of producing high-volume domestic hot water. The heat pump uses CO2 refrigerant with a global warming potential (GWP) of one and an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of zero.
